Dear to our hearts are our Welsh Corgis. My husband acquired our first Pembroke Corgi (a mix) in 1980. Little did we know that this little dog with such big feet and ears would impact our lives and future so much. Though a mixed Corgi, Chaka had the heart, spirit and temperament of a Corgi.
Our next Pembroke was acquired in 1994. Yoda was our first pure bred Corgi -- sired by CH Nebriowa Front and Center and a line bred Nebriowa bitch named Country Pumpkin. Yoda left us in January 2007 -- never to be forgotten
Zoey was added to our family in the winter of 1997. She immediately took over the household and her “brother” Yoda, and became my husband’s constant companion. Zoey was lost to us in 2003 after a brief and tragic illness.
